My kids have just seen an 'implement' attached to the front of a tractor and want to know what it does ( had many suggestions from the kids)figured someone on here would know what it is.

The tractor was driving down the road so I do not know if it was in a folded position but it's arms formed a square probably a good 2 or 3 meters long, had a number of cup's on it best described as half a football in size with slots in???? vague I know but i was driving past at the time anyone have any idea?

Cabbage Harvester. The cups are linked by a belt, the side pieces are folded down (about 6m wide) in use a gang of labourers select and cut suitable cabbages/cauliflowers place on the cups which travel round the back of the tractor to a trailer where the veg is packed palletised and distributed wherever
