We recently have had access to YouTube on our telly and my 6yo has been introduced to LOL videos by a school friend. We've now discovered Toys&Me. Good Christ..........

It's made me want to kick the telly in and basically go back to the 90s. My teeth will nearly be powder from all the grinding. You don't actually have to buy EVERY tub of slime in Poundland, then make a big deal about how much it f#@$ing cost!

I don't understand why there are still 40%-60% of YouTube viewers who watch the ads that they make the money from. Do they watch the ads on purpose to support the channels/people they subscribe to or do they just not know you can easily get rid of them?

In my case yes. Well, let them run while I do something else anyway. And not on whatever channel this is. There are a few channels who make content I regularly watch and I think that they deserve to be paid for making it. Don't watch all the ads but make a conscious effort not to skip all of them.
