I need a windows laptop for work.
I'm a dyed in the wool apple fan, but convention/decorum/image dictates that bunging 8.1 on my MBA and using that is not appropriate for this application.

I want something not too big (13" screen), not too heavy and that will take being lugged on planes, trains and automobiles.

I'm thinking something Lenovo or Samsung?

What you got?

Dell. Get something with a bigger screen if you want to use it a lot and a proper sized keyboard.

Just install Windows on a MBP, a colleague has done this and you get the best of both worlds, good OS and excellent HW.

Lenovo X250. You'll get 17 hours out of one with the extended battery too.
