I work in convenience retail, and we sell a lot of scratch cards, and have had to explain to quite a few customers that they have not won when they thought they had.

Camelot really should do a thick as 2 short planks scratch card, you know with a single window with a simple 'win' or 'lose' behind the silver layer. I'd make my life easier for a start.
