I think that might be the right outcome. Listening to the sound just before and watching the milkshake thrower being lead away by the Rozzers I suspect the thrower was up for a scrap himself and if SYL threw punches back then I think they might both benefit from the courts showing them the error of their ways.

I hope this happens, but I doubt it. He's a slippery little shit who seems to have a 'way' with the law. This includes walking up to another inmate in prison and launching a nasty unprovoked attack.
He managed to convince the Judge that he's such a horrible little man that it was inevitable that this inmate, who was part of a Minority, would attack him so he feared for his safety and it was self-defence.

I'm not so sure. The Nazi's used 'getting attacked by communists' as a tactic to garner support. If they ran a march and didn't have a load of communists attacking them they re-staged the march and made sure the communists turned up. If you want to present yourself as the underdog then being seen to be attacked and having your democratic tight to march infringed is a good tactic. I think SFH is spot on. SYL is going out hoping to be attacked, I'd be surprised if it wasn't part of his gameplan.

That's how it looked to me with the sound off, but I don't think that's what happened. I think SYL's says something about "You're being aggressive" which makes me think that those are SYL's opening words to him and the milkshake throw is almost immediate.
In other words, SYL thinks (rightly or wrongly) the lad is doing something aggressive, SYL goes over there to address him and gets an immediate milkshake in the face. The lad is lead off by the Police.

After watching the video, I have the following observations.
1. The lad is not being intimated by SYL. He is not scared of him at all.
2. Judging by the viscosity of his milkshake, it's been in the cup for quite a while.. But looking at the condition of the straw (the top is still round - you've only got to suck those dolphin friendly buggers once or twice and it's f**cked) he clearly has not been drinking it. I'm guessing he has bought it with the intention of doing what he has done.
3. As others have said, he's played right into SYL's hands by reacting to him.( watching other videos of his, he goads people into "assaulting" him then tells the police to arrest them - it's like watching my kids 😛)
4. Is the guy filming it one of the young guys mates ?. Would be interesting to see the whole video , to see what build up there was, as I don't think he started filming at the point we see it from.

After a good hard think about it, I’ve decided that even if the lad had walked up to him without a word being uttered by SYL, a said “cop this” and threw a cup of cold piss in his face. I’d find both funny and justified.
