A couple of different aspects to today…

Finally managed to get a couple of photos of one of the magpies that visit - they’re very wary, I’ve tried getting a photo by just poking the phone above the bottom of the window, but they spot any movement and they’re off!
Took these from the bedroom window and I was stood back far enough it didn’t spot me.

Not a very good photo (5 miles away with a phone camera) but the tallest building in Yorkshire keeps getting new floors put on it. Leeds skyline has really changed over the past few years.

@cvilla: agreed, the sea of fog was a magical sight.

Testing yesterday's toy camera against a proper one (albeit with a cheap fixed focus, fixed aperture lens stuck on it). also playing with zone exposure for the first time in a while.

Snuck out this morning for a sunrise ride. Good to blow the Christmas cobwebs off!

I can see the South Downs from my front room on a good day. Can't remember the last time they were snow covered!

Potato quality because of the zoom needed!

Slightly blurry, but a 5 second exposure, the moon with a lunar halo, Venus directly below, Auriga above, pointing to 11 o’clock, Mars to the left and Sirius right at the bottom, handheld in my back garden.

Saw The south downs up a bit closer than Tom83 this morning
