Must be hard enough for a small business at the moment without HMRC sticking it to you.
Took them over 3 months to process my "10 day" self assessment refund on PAYE this year. Make sure you've called as well as tweeted. I'm guessing they're underfunded, over worked and under staffed like everyine else but this stuff should be automated by now surely??! They were hiding behind "security checks" for mine.
My sympathies and hope it gets resolved soon STW.

What a great idea, then the rest of them lose their jobs and there’s no-one left at all to answer the phone when the ‘puter says no. Welcome to Tufton Street 👍

I'm convinced this is how they actually calculate everything...
