MegaSack DRAW - 6pm Christmas Eve - LIVE on our YouTube Channel
Over the last few months the above symptoms have been getting worse. I have an almost constant feeling of tiredness along with a constant ache in my hands. My legs feel like lead, even if I haven't done any exercise. Repetative tasks such as using a screwdriver results in me having to stop for a short period due to pain in my hands. Hand pain on the bike is becoming worse, even when riding on the flat
It feels like my whole body aches for no reason. Initially I put it down to getting older, but now I'm more concerned that something is not right.
Should I be worried?
I’d see a physio about your hands
The other symptoms might just be feeling hacked off because of the pain in your hands
Putting some serious illness aside, I'd say take a week off doing anything remotely taxing. As we get older we overestimate what we can do and then recover from it.
Go get a blood test at the doctor's.
I went and few months ago when I was constantly fatigued and everything ached, it turned out I was anaemic.
The fatigue thing can be representative of quite a few different issues so it's well worth going and finding out
I've got similar symptoms. Have had since a COVID bout a few months ago. Really should go to the doctors.
Are you currently taking any medications, eg statins ?

Have you checked for possible diabetes?

It does depend a bit on your age, but the short answer is yes, going to see your GP to rule out systemic inflammatory conditions might not be the worst idea, especially if you are in your 30s or 40s. If you are in your 60s then, possibly, it could be a bit more likely to be your age
If I were you I'd be getting a GP appointment. If you don't bother you should keep an eye on your hand and foot control, if it deteriorates definitely see the GP.
Sounds like anaemia to me, but I am not a doctor
If you cannot get to the docs, or your appointment is in 500,000 years' time, try buying iron pills at the supermarket and taking them along with a vitamin C tab, see if it helps. Vitamin D deficiency is also a possibility. But still see the doc.
pain is youth leaving the body.
but go to the doctor...
