Anyone else following his trip?
I realise that it is a little late as he started in March in London going clockwise and has just crossed into Suffolk, so there can only be a week or so left.

I never knew about his coast ride,good effort.He already does a lot of painting up our way (Tayside),would've been good to pedal along for a bit and hear some Mallet cycling chat 😀

He is tweeting about it flat out. Seems like a lovely chap who has had a rough time, he lost his brother a while back.
The most important thing to do is not to keep going, but to stop as often as possible and look at everything. Take it in, smell it, taste it, feel it, be part of it.
