more due to having to sort outr the car insurance on two cars this morning but on the bright side....
At the end of the street this morning i found a load of honey fungus and oyster mushrooms.
Oyster mushrooms on toast for breakfast and honey fungus with chilli, garlic & noodles for lunch!
