Never was watching a few holes in the ground being dug so addictive.

I did a 2 week dig with the Museum of London & Raksha from the show was the lead archaeologist.
Her tales of the pub shenanigans were awesome

A classic example of a programme that could have bombed from the off and had all sorts of 'who would want to watch that' lines thrown at it - but thank heavens it didn't.
The missus and I both had a nasty flu bug a couple of years back and were KO'd for 3-4 days. We binge-watched pretty much every Time Team on All4 and it was awesome! Apart from the feeling like shit part....

It's my guilty secret. I WFH and my SO assumes I spend all morning on Porntube. The truth is somewhat darker - I pay for a UK telly VPN so I can watch endless pure filth: TT, Great British Dig, Railway Journeys, Bangers and Cash, stuff I haven't seen for well over a decade.
Brilliant programme. Have been addicted to it for years.

I loved it and have just started on the originals. I hope they get quite a few of the original team back. I know Mick and Victor have passed away but would be great to see TR, Phil and Carenza on it.!
