Hi, has anyone ridden the pumptrack at Tilston, as I'm looking for a contractor to build something similar, and before i make a five hour round trip to ride it, I'd like to hear what people think?

Hello

Yes, its a Clark & Kent, it goes up hill in the middle and the flow is weird. Waverton 5/10 mins up the road is also a Clark & Kent and I think is nicer, has more variation etc.

Kidsgrove, stock on trent is the best Clark & Kent track ever....

where are you driving from?

Thanks for the reply nwgiles, but from what I believe it wasn't built by Clarke and Kent, hence me asking as I thought it was built by someone else, and it's probably the closest example of their work.
There is a Clarke and Kent track in Windermere I've ridden, I enjoyed it but i think it being multi use has maybe biased it towards scooters and skateboards too much.

I only live 15mins from both, I am sure I saw the logo but its not on the website.

Yes it seems well built has survived well, but there is only 2 runs, no gapping, no big berms etc.
The only good part is the back doubles and the big jump which is why its always empty.

this is probably newhaven pump track - see sam reynolds youtube vids there. its awesome! but it highlights that i`m just not good enough. lots of lines, gaps, transfers and really good for those less good too!
