For head protection from all weathers?
Is it down to whether i get the Indiana Jones/Mick Dundee look or the Ray Mears look.
Opinions seem so far edging towards the Tilley, but the Barham foldable appeals to my love of leather.

I've had a Barmah for many years (in "distressed buffalo", which always amuses me) - does the job very well, though small children do whistle the Indiana Jones theme...

got a tilley and love it.
it's got a chinstrap (do barmah?) which has been useful in recent breezey weather and when on boats.
also has a dinky wee pocket under crown
