Lots of web sites about the great Gerry Anderson, also the Complete bok of Thunderbirds is a great read, one of GA great quotes was we launched more rockets in Slough than the rest of the world, and we got to mars first.

Thunderbird nerd.

My son got Thunderbirds toys from his Uncle for christams when he was three. He had no idea what they where, bit now at 6 and having the DVD box set he loves it.
I still enjoy them myself, in the 60S this was future as
fact, we knew that this would happen, men on Mars by 1980, there was no doubt it would happen, I'm still dissapointed...

Used to love all of the Gerry Anderson stuff, from Four Feather Falls onwards. Their SFX were astonishing considering the size and level of technology available. Incredibly exciting stuff for a youngster.
