That's food poisoning, not gastroenteritis. Or possibly Norovirus. Had that beginning of January, deeply unpleasant, took a week to start getting over it, then got this cold virus thing, which I've only just got shot of in the last week. For someone in their 80's, not a good thing to have. 😳

I've had similar since Wednesday and lost half a stone - back to just under my pre xmas fighting weight without putting the miles in.
Although at the moment I doubt I'd find the energy to ride a mile.
