I had this happen on my Orange contract which i have just come out of and thought because of the backlash they had over it nobody else would do it but it seems i was wrong, Three has used its terms/conditions to increase at inflation rate their contracts. So thats 2 other contracts i have going up.
This issue irritates me a bit because as a customer you are locked into your contract with no way out unless you settle it fully but the providers have a nice potential rise up their sleeves (my fault i know terms etc etc) seems unfair as a contract is a contract to me. I really didn't think Three would do it as they are usually always good value.
Hold on, they rise prices in line with inflation under a term in the contract which you signed up to, and you're whinging on STW.....over a pound!!! 😉

Have you thought of putting an inflation linked pay rise into your works contract?
I know i know its just a bit pants....to add insult to it i've literally just signed up a week ago with my new phone too. "facepalm"

It is a bit crap, but there's not much to be done. 3 are still cheaper than most so know they won't really lose any customers.
Peter...agreed thats why i have stayed/gone back to them as i said earlier just a bit pants, seems everyone wants more for the same Etc. Nevermind suck it up i guess.
