Following on from Eddies found bike, I was thinking how great this place sometimes is and how folks come together to help out total randoms..

My experience.. Delaminated a brand new carbon rim whilst trying to fit a tyre.. Asked if it was still safe to ride.

Random dude (lightman if I remember correctly) tells me to drop it round his house and he'll have a look as he tinkers with carbon stuff. A week later it's as good as new. Wouldn't accept payment.. Even in beer..

So who else has a similar heart warming tale on this cold winters eve..
