3 separate parcels have not arrived in the last month and a fourth is over a week late. Replacements have been sent by courier which have arrived.

Two of them were from the same company and now a third from them is late. They are going to think that we are taking the pi55 when we contact them again.

What can we do?

We had a mail order business in the 90s and we lost 1 in 20 parcels. Not particularly fraud as they were all to sign for, they just disappeared

Had a 40 quid memory card go missing, some Alton towers tickets, all at the same time as some (not bills or usual circulars) letters being partially openend.
All should have been delivered by royal mail, reported and our postie was replaced a week later.
Also had an anker battery charger go missing.
Suppose what I'm getting at is there are thieves in all walks of life!

I once had a card to tell me a parcel couldn’t be delivered, so I went to the sorting office. They couldn’t find it, or any sign of it, the postie had no idea where it was, he just took it back; and I had no idea what it was, I wasn’t expecting anything that I could think of.
I still sometimes wonder what it might have been. 😐

Report it to the carrier. We had a suspected thieving postman a couple of years ago and a number of people in our street reported it. The guy was caught with thousands of parcels n his garage.

As above, it's either theft or incompetence, report it.

Report it, theft of post is a serious matter. My idiot step brother (who was a postie) only narrowly avoided a prison sentence after being done for failing to deliver/stealing etc. When they opened his locker they found loads of undelivered mail.

Def seems too high a 'missing' rate to just be bad luck.

I got an email the other day about a missing parcel, strange as I havnt ordered anything recently. Curiosity got the better of me though so I clicked the link and entered my credit card details.

Cant wait to find out what it is!

i posted a crown race i forgot to include in the sale of a frame with a headset; just popped it in a little jiffy envelop with a stamp on, wasnt paying 6 quid recorded for a crown race! never showed up, cant imagine that was very tempting to a tea leaf? but ive now had to fund a new headset and the bloke is two weeks behind on his build...
