[Closed] Things to do in Hexham

Go to the Dipton Mill pub just over by the racecourse. Excellent food and they have a micro-brewery and do some fine ales! It's a good old country inn so will be perfect for older relatives.

On a Sunday? Everywhere is closed!

Dipton Mill Inn is good (apparently, I've never made it there 😳 ) as is the Rat, just a stones throw away at Anick (no, not Alnwick).

There's.... the Sele for a walk around... something might be on at the Queen's Hall (theatre) or there's the cinema.

Bouchon Bistrot for v good food, though they're not open Sunday evening.

Thanks all. It looks like ill be taking her to either Alniwck (Barter Book, yay!) or Tynemouth.
