Criteria for banning someone under the pubwatch scheme.
Reprimand, Formal Warning or Charged with offences involving: -
a) Acts of Violence - An offence under the Offences against the Person Act 1861 and
Common Assault (Criminal Justice Act 1988).
b) Causing criminal damage;
c) An offence under the Public Order Act 1986;
d) Possession or supply of a controlled substance;
e) Possession of an offensive weapon.

anyway If this goes through I might head into Maidenhead for a pint at somepoint (I did live there briefly its the worst plavce Ive ever lived a soulless hole - and I grew up in Dunstable & now live in Milton Keynes!)

My reasoning is that we have many customers from the mainland and as he wants them to leave i would be betraying my customers.

"all licensed premises" - so restaurants are off limits, maybe the town hall too if they have an alcohol license...
