Freaky blue/green flame in the stove tonight.
Random bit of fruit tree wood I think. And only at one end of the log, so I reckon it must be a nail or something in it. Cant believe it's organic.

Is there any treated wood in there, If so barium is present. That or copper.

Nothing synthetic in there. Just a bit of tree.
Can only be a bit of metal Im sure.

I'm sure I remember a green flame from copper. Was it the copper nails you banged into your neighbour's tree to kill it?

Too much air mate

that's completely shut down and brand new rope this week. Its burning very very hot at the moment so virtually complete gassification.

Im disappointed mcmoonter hasnt converted his tractor to run on wood gas yet 🙂
