MegaSack DRAW - 6pm Christmas Eve - LIVE on our YouTube Channel
It's not been too well publicised but there is a new series of The Thick Of It on BBC2, starting tonight. 2210 in Scotland, no idea when it is on outside the civilised world.
Like "Yes, Minister" meets "The Office" but with Tourettes.
Can't wait to find out what new creative swearing Malcolm Tucker has 🙂
Just found out yesterday that the new series was starting tonight.
Really funny, would recommend watching.
COMEDY: The Thick of It
On: BBC 2 London (2)
Date: Saturday 24th October 2009 (starting in 1 hour and 22 minutes)
Time: 22:10 to 22:40 (30 minutes long)
Award-winning political comedy. Reshuffle day at Number 10. When the job at the Department of Social Affairs and Citizenship is turned down by everybody else, there is no option but to promote unknown quantity Nicola Murry to the Cabinet. The downside is she is very keen, has a husband who works for a company that has government contracts, has an 11-year-old about to go to a private school and is about to face the media at a crucial by-election poster launch. Something will have to be done.
(Editor's Choice, Stereo, New Series, Widescreen, Subtitles, Part 1 of 8, Audio Described)
Director: Armando Ianucci
Starring: Peter Capaldi, Chris Addison, James Smith, Joanna Scanlan, Rebecca Front
I am in awe of Peter Capaldi's ability to turn swearing into an art form.
Quotes from the first series. I'd have pasted them in but I'd have been down the Singletrack Gulag quicker than you could say "Paddedbra woz Innocent"
