Haven't read through it yet, but that's the proposals annouced. SNP glad to have new powers but saying it doesn't go anywhere near far enough. Labour/tories/Lib Dems all proclaiming it to be the answer to all out prayers! 😆
It's also to be seen how much of this will get through Westminster(and a new government)
Anyhow, stepping stone, or will this be enough to stave off calls for another referendum in the future(around 2020 being most likely imo)?
