An interesting development here, but it does seem like there's been a teeny tiny error in the drafting of the Act.
Extraterritoriality isn't a new thing, applies for many compliance regimes. Big fines and prison sentences possible, again, not abnormal.
Excludes US professional and college sport. Riiiiiiiight.
