can anyone link me to the thread where some chap had modified his on-one to allow it to collapse down into carry on luggage size for a flight (I think he was flight crew/pilot etc).

The frame had been split at the top and down tubes and then had some sort of screwing mechanism to put it back together.

ta.

My mate has had his Cotic Bfe modded with s&s couplings.

His bike is the brown one at the top of the page. He got it done so he could carry his bike on the back of his motorbike! Retrofitting is hella expensive - cost almost 500 quid. Although it's a great job. Kinetics cycles were excellent.

Thanks for the link ๐Ÿ™‚

I should update that page with more pictures - I have chopped a bunch of On-One frames, plus Surlys etc, and got a lovely old Thorn frame to do now. Basically, if it's steel, it can be done.
