I sort of lost touch with their music since Plastic Beach all those years ago, but have to say the new album (June 29?) is shaping up to be the summer soundtrack. Â Moar cowbells. Â George Benson. Â More than a few nods to Stevie Wonder-era soul/funk/fusion. Â Liking it a LOT so far from what's streaming at the minute. Â Anything else worth checking out since Plastic Beach?

I went to see them in Glasgow a few months ago with the daughter as she is a big fan.
Brilliant show, great mix of live and video performance.
I think I have "The Fall" , and haven't got into it after a decent amount of trying.
Demon Days was good, Plastic Beach a bit meh. Don't think I've listened to Humanz.
I heard something on spotify the other day which I didn't hate, so will give it a go.
I liked the first 2 albums and Laika Come Home was great. New stuff sounds a bit bland.
The real Funkadelic/Parliament have an album out you know.
