EDIT: using google fu I can reliably inform you that Churchill had a tattoo of an anchor on his forearm, and Winston Churchill's mother had a tattoo of a snake around her wrist!
Winnie had an anchor tattooed on his arm, apparently, with 'I heart rough men' underneath it. That last bit may not be strictly true 😆
