Cracking telly, excellent combination of scary and properly funny banter, Sun eve repeat is the one!
Great dialogue and sharp writing. i'm a fan of Being Human too, but I reckon The Fades is probably the best written TV horror series since Buffy.
It's also doing some quite clever (for TV) stuff with genre conventions.

Yes well worth watching ,caught first at episode 3 ,so got 1/2 on i player .
Meh, watched the first one, thought 'so far, so genre' and didn't bother after that. I gave up on Being Human towards the end of the first series, it just seemed to settle into a 'we're outsiders, everyone's out to get us' groove, and I got bored. Prefer Lost Girl and Warehouse 13. Kenzi in Lost Girl is just [i]so[/i] funny, and deeply sexy with it. Mebbe it's just me...

Haven't seen any of it yet but it sounds pretty good. I liked Misfits so will give it a shot soon!

Worth watching if you can, IMO.
I wasn't sure at first but it has got better and darker as it has gone on. I have to laugh at just how many ex-Skins people are in it though!!
