So I had Covid about a month back, turned into a chest sinus infection and was more or less cured with some antibiotics.
I’ve still got a slightly raspy chest, a sort of rubbish cough and a bit of breathlessness.

Off to the doccos tomorrow in person. What’s the likely next steps? Meant to be paddling Knoydart in a couple of weeks. Could do with shaking this thing off

I don't know about the breathlessness but I think it is not unusual to still have congestion and coughing issues a month following a respiratory infection.

The World Health Organisation defines long covid as still having symptoms 3 months after catching the virus.

Good luck tomorrow.

There is a respiratory virus going around this winter which takes months to shake off. I wouldn’t do anything strenuous until your chest clears up.

We seem to have this in the 10 household. It's been a bit shit.

I had the non covid respiratory thing late last year and it was honking

Re. Long covid, it took me 12-15 months to recover. By recover I mean not needing to sleep for 3 days after walking the dog for half an hour. Absolutely brutal.
