I use Laptops Direct. They've got a decent line of referbs and even the odd used machine.

I bought a Dell laptop from these guys -

http://myworld.ebay.co.uk/returns-excess

- it was super cheap, but sold as "parts/not working" so there is absolutely no warranty. They even removed the Dell Sevice tag, which is mildly annoying but not a disaster...

Not sure I'd recommend it if you didn't know what you were doing.

I've had a couple of 'refurbs' from Laptops Direct, they were indistinguishable from new. An SSD helps but I would say 8Gb of RAM is more important for W10.

A bit of cross threading here from my "Darkside" topic.

I've had a couple of 'refurbs' from Laptops Direct

I was looking at these last night but the 3 month warranty was a little concerning but if you say they're like new it might be worth delving a little deeper.

Not Morgan, they are a pile of crock (tm druid)

Not Dell.

Some wee seller I think. I'll maybe trawl old threads.
