Tried to post a new thread 3 or 4 times. It doesn't appear but when I try again it says it is a duplicate topic. Anyone else having problems?

If you duplicate this one a few times, do you get Testing and Testing One, Two and Three?

i turned off my ipad and restarted it and did the same to my Mac and whatever was cached seems to have been dislodged.
