I've been hearing lots about the Paleo diet of late. Loads of fruit, veg, meat, fish and nuts (literally and metaphorically). No carbs and no dairy.

So, I take it you couldn't ride your bike then, as you wouldn't have any energy? Needless to say, it seems to be a Yank thing.

Perhaps not quite as barmy as the cabbage/grapefruit diet.

Last time I checked - I'm sure there were plenty of carbs in most fruits

I find the idea of life without chocolate, bread, potatoes, rice, pasta, beer or legumes a little hard to imagine. Each to their own and all that.

Your not alone with that thought. That's why there are so many "larger" people in the UK.

Not aimed at you, because we all know that STWers are never overweight and always watch what they eat 😉

I'm doing a low carb diet and I've got no trouble going to the gym or cycling
