I'm listening to Jethro Tull right now, anyone remember them?
Yes,get yer pipe out and stand on one leg ๐
Early stuff? Aqualung creeps me out! REally like their music, though.
That said, I do rather like Crest of a Knave
It's Best of... Aqualung is on it. I really like their music and it makes a nice change from the doof doof doof doof doof I usually listen to.
Witch's Promise is another good one, as is Songs from the Wood.
Got to love a flute solo! (See also the live version of "Stepped on a crack" from the Spin Doctors album Homebelly Groove)
heavy horses was a great album
I bought "This Was" and went to see them (with the then-future Mrs BJ) in 1969.
Wow, I never saw them live, but they were on Top of the Pops back in the day.
I saw Golden Earring in Cromer, Norfolk, must've been around 1975 I suppose. Remember them? Radar Love, did they ever do anything else in this country? Were they a Dutch band?
I like all the 'wrong tull'...Storm Watch and 'A' anyone...Fylingdale Flyers etc.
Forget CD's put the needle on the Record ๐
