Never had an I Phone but got a Samsung Galaxy 1 that's due an upgrade.

What's the different between Iphone 4 & Iphone 4S

Are the Apps better than Android?

Are the App's like Strave free like they are on Android?

And do you have to download them through I tunes or just downloading them direct to the phone like Android?

Ta

Iphone 4s has the voice control thingy, faster processor and better camera.
Strava app is free, lots are, lots arn't. You download apps directly to the phone, however it's designed to be used with itunes for music etc so you'll end up using that.
No idea about the quality of apps v's android, but would be surprised if it wasn't even.

Cheers

Has it got a good GPS as mine doesn't track as well as a GPS?

Also what's it's battery life like if using Strava? I get 4-5 hours from mine if nothing else is running.

Is there a DAB radio app for 6 music on the move?

Gps seems pretty good, although I do get a slight discrepancy doing a double lap of a route (no more than 10-15m though). Battery life is pretty good, guess at about 8 hours on a tracking app. I've got a radio app which cot (i think) £2, but I bet I could have got a freee one.
Hope that helps

Cheers all.

Looks like it might be worth going mainstream.

Mainstream? Doesn't Android make up 50% or so of UK smartphone sales?

Was an iPhone user for three years then got a galaxy s2 as the reviews were excellent and I craved a big screen. I loved it, web surfing was brilliant on it, much better than my previous iPhone 4. 6 months in and I am back on an iPhone 4, there were always niggles with android that I just don't get with ios, plus the apps are much better and a much wider choice, although much less are free. Didn't see the point paying extra for a 4s over a 4, better camera would have been nice but the Siri thing doesn't interest me whatsoever and tte speed increase is minimal.

Will definitely be getting an iPhone 5 when it comes out though.

just remember that the memory is not upgradable on the iphone, upping my HTC to 32gb cost about £11...
