[Closed] Talk Talk disconnected my broadband but say they haven't - what to do?

I'm borrowing a connection at the moment, my hoe connection has been down for a week, coincidentally since I upgraded my package to include TV. Phone is ok but no broadband. Been on the phone to them twice. each time a foreign call centre with staff who just stick to a script - can't get them to do anything other than tell me to check the wiring, router etc etc which I have checked anyway.

Anyone else had this sort of situation? My mum had the same with BT who insisted it was a problem within the house, not their settings or the line. She changed to Virgin in the end and everything worked again.

I won't be able to reply easily but will be able to read this on my (non-smart) phone so any advice appreciated!

You need to talk to that guy with the dodgy wife siganl.

And btw, I don't think women like being called hoes, unless you're 50 Cent.

Are you 100% sure it isn't the router? Did you get a new router with the package?

They did this to us. We left to another company. 3 months later Talk Talk demanded that we pay for broadband that we were having from them and denied any issues or calls or problems.
Amazing what a proper letter with attached copies of filled in forms for small claims court does....
