Anyone done it? Was up all of last night and feel awful this morning, was wondering whether some High 5 Zero would help or is it likely to go horribly wrong?
If you can hold it down, it'll help a bit. I went on to Nuun and the odd protein drink as soon as I could stomach anything at all, thought that would be better than nothing.
dioralyte is basically the same thing but without the sweeteners and with glucose. Make it up double strength.
Thanks that what I was thinking. It's the only thing I have to hand so would mean not leaving the house. Will report back...

Yeah, they'll do the job. Worth noting the caffeinated ones are magnificent for hangovers too.
Just to close this out, did it, am still alive.
Not sure I've noticed a vast improvement but not sure I would anyway. The main this is, it didn't make it any worse!
