I doubt you can get a single 18650 cell with that capacity DS, but if you could, I see no reason why it wouldn't operate the torch. After all, the 4000mAh is just the capacity, it would still be the same voltage.

I put knockers in the title to temper the seriousness of my post. I'm known for rather more puerile stuff 😛

I certainly hope so, I've just ordered six to get a bulk discount. I must say the Ultrafire V8-T60 torch I bought last month is bloody bright, and not much bigger than a Joystick.
And only around $24.

Really nice little torch, perfect pocket size, insanely bright, and will fit a Twofish lock-block.
