Now Google have kyboshed the synch tool they used to support, how are people keeping their Gmail and Outlook email in synch. Looking for 2 way/auto rather than periodic copy up/down. Ta.

The only way I know of is to pay for it I'm afraid.
It's a right PITA, as it was great having the calendar on my Android phone sync with the outlook one. I might end up getting the company to pay for it.
