I split from my partner at Christmas.. We have two children and the split has been completely amicable regarding finances and custody etc..

She is an extraordinarily attractive young woman and has moved on quickly, a bitter pill to swallow but I can console myself that she is happy after a long drawn out and very uncomfortable final year or so of our relationship..

As is customary, I have been coming to terms with the new situation in typical STW fashion.. Craft beers, plenty of miles and washing bike parts in the dishwasher.. I am slightly concerned however at the vigour with which I am embracing ononism..
I am dehydrated, sore, my eyes ache, my blood is on fire, my bone marrow feels like it has turned to putrid mulch..

Are these symptoms of potassium depletion?
Am I overdoing it? Or should I be worried about a more serious condition?

I give it 5 minutes.

I'm told that with practice you can get it down to 30 seconds.

That's definitely not useful, it's what's causing the problem!

holding your breath at a crucial makes it happen quicker, or errmm so I'm told. You know, if you're in a rush like.

All from the tender mininstrations of Mrs Palm? Wtf are you using as lubricant?!
But yes, when the OH is no longer at home, one does rather have to make up for lost time in getting to know yourself...

Maybe it'd be worth having a health kick for a week or two? No alcohol, try to catch up on sleep, etc?

My potassium levels are a bit high so do you think I could get tax relief on Kleenex if it's a good way to drop my levels.

Have you got a favourite sock that you can now stick to the wall? 😀
More seriously go see your doc if you haven't already. Might be a bit of delayed stress and tension coming out or something else. Are you on any meds or anything?

Whatever it is yunki, it's good to see you back on the forum.

Ps. Change hands at 99

Thanks for the concern folks.. I'm alive and well, a touch of pneumonia that I picked up from a necrotic and pestilent associate..

The inflammation in my bowling arm is starting to reduce, and the doctors are convinced that with time and some intensive physiotherapy I could regain up to 70% mobility in the effected limb..

Carnal thoughts are far from my mind at present, and with god's help, I'll conquer this terrible affliction

Bananas are high in potassium.
Slice them up if handling something so large is unfamiliar.

You need to get a shake weight with the cooling spray.

Be a bit tough if one was trying to fight a gambling addiction.

Oddly enough, I've just been dumped into the App Store by a gambling app, but it was from a link about battery issues in iOS 7.1 from MacDailyNews, so it's clearly not an issue restricted to STW.

Really sorry to hear that yunki.
I wandered why you'd not been on here much recently.
Try just typing with your left hand to balance your arms out again.
