I've done "something" to my knee causing it to stiffen a little & swell up. (no inuendo puleez 😀 )I can spend weeks at a time off the bike due to work & compensate by trying to go at ten tenth's when I get the opportunity to get back on. Silly, I know !
Swelling & stiffness started on Monday after a ride on Sunday. No clicking or anything else to indicate something bad happening.
What's the best route for a quick recovery ? I'm trying alcohol therapy at the moment 😉 Any advances on that ?
