Been working on my swimming and looking for a good source of swim workouts - something to give a bit of structure to my swims. In terms of where I am now doing about 1k sessions, 200m warmup, few 100's, few 50's etc. Pace about 1.50/100.
Open to all ideas! Not sure on goal? To get quicker and go further I guess!

Swim smooth, total immersion swimming websites are both great for technique. If you want programmes to follow go to triradar.co.uk and they have specific swim trqining on there.

Is there nothing at your local pool?
All the pools round here have sessions on laminated paper which you can follow
