I'm shelling out a fortune again this year to take family on an outdoor holiday in the sun again this summer hols.
Is there any outdoor families out there in an interesting place and would like a swap.
I live here near Keswick as I love the outdoors. The Mrs likes to get away each summer leaving a perfectly good home here full of bikes/tools/maps/car etc.
Not sure if I'd be able to sell this to the Mrs, but its worth a try.... given we've a year to get to know each other and build some trust.

Could be interested. 3 bed house on edge of eastern Dartmoor. Great riding, great beaches close. Loads to do.

4 bed converted barn.
We've got a nice big house near Cannock Chase but you'd have to water the runner beans and begonias and put sultanas out for the blackbirds if you wanted it during the summer.
