Does anyone know how to enable playback on a Mac? We can watch shoplifters live but to do playback we have to use the iPad.
When we got to Remote Playback , click on a channel and date it says no files found.
It's there somewhere but where?

There’ll be a setting in there somewhere to choose a few directory locations for the video files, snapshots etc.

I was in the right zone but hadn't ticked ALL on the file types.
Now sorted.
