[Closed] sun tan cream off the car bonnet

I had this problem a couple of years ago.

I have a black car and someone had leaned agaisnt it with suntan oil on. It left a cloudy mark on the paintwork. I had it back at the dealer's bodyshop and the bad news is that, other than a respray, there's not a lot to be done!

I detail my car which improves the appearance. Meguiars make a 3 step product which is good. It can be beought from Halfords. It makes the paintwork more uniform looking.

T-Cut and elbow grease will get it off.

My mates car looks like patchwork quilt with handprints all over it !

Are you sure it was sun tan cream madbill? I once tried cleaning cuckoo spit off my bike seat. It wasnt cuckoo spit. I felt quite poorly.

I was just holding it for one of the older boys...

Try some tar remover then repolish it.

Use the son's head?

Get him to clean it! add whip for speedy cleaning.
