21ft x 11ft Log lap, fully sprayed up prior to construction. Dividing wall to create a 6ft x 11ft internal shed. Tanalised bearers very good quality doors and windows. Again top quality felt to roof. £2950 fully erected. Seems decent to me.

Lol.

This place makes me smile. Sounds reasonable, but at the same time £3 grand! For a shed!

Bloody hell that Pod is nicer than my house. I'm tempted to sell the house sans garden and get one

Yes it's basically a shed but a big one. And will be turned in to man cave/kids den with insulated walls/power/music and most importantly fridge. As we've no spare room it's also going to double up for folk staying over. However that pod thing has me thinking yes it's just a shed!
