I'm in the market for a compact digital camera, but with a couple of slightly non-standard features.
I'm looking for one with a proper self timer, something in the region of 2-3 minutes delay ideally, or better yet, programmable. Most i've seen offer 2 or 10 seconds, not much use!
Even better would be if it ran on AAs, as i can buy them in the middle of no-where should i need to.
The only thing i've found that is close is more of an SLR style, which i'm not entirely adverse to, but would rather do without the bulk.
What do people suggest?

Get yourself a Canon Powershot of some description, and use CHDK - [url= http://chdk.wikia.com/wiki/CHDK ]here[/url] 😀
