[Closed] STW chrome ipad zoom. Good news and bad. Really clever people help please!

As per instructions I made a book mark and edited it with this.
javascript:document.querySelector('meta[name=viewport]').setAttribute('content','width=device-width,initial-scale=1,maximum-scale=10,user-scalable=yes');
If I then clicked on that bookmark it would zoom STW but only that page.
Is it possible to "make it stick" so that you can zoom full time?
