I love the binomial name Tyrannobdella Rex!, most biologists have a great sense of humour. 🙂
In the great scheme of gruesome parasites though, its pretty small scale.

Aye, I've had a stuffed up nose for the past year, and Vicks sinex had been crap!
Gonna have a look with a smouldering cigarrette and a pair of tweezers later, just in case! 🙂
