It amazing how little mud it takes to get stuck.
I remember a very scary moment as kids when we were playing on the m25 junction 6 building site. Got stuck up to my waist in mud. Eventually managed to crawl my way out.

a building site my brother works on has life rings its so wet and they can only do the ground works during low tide and the show homes keep flooding so the builders are only working on the upstairs.

Feel sorry for whomever buys them, but according to the ENV secretary we don't allow building on flood plains.....
