I had a dressing the other week at a friends house. It was quite thick, maybe a bit red-winey and we put it on salad.
It definitely started with B.

(it was actually my wife who couldn't remember - she had a stroke a while back and it's this kind of thing that still catches her out! - thanks for saving her sanity)
